Amy’s massages are holistic and insightful and always individualised to address your needs. She has an interest in helping people manage stress and believes this is a key factor in maintaining good health along with nutrition and lifestyle choices.
Amy is passionate about supporting people in their wellness journey and is currently completing a ‘Mind Body Eating Coach’ certification to enhance her practice.
