Originally from Germany, Sara immigrated to NZ as a 7 year old with her parents and younger brother. She quickly adapted to and fell in love with the Kiwi way of life.
She has travelled sporadically internationally and domestically but has spent most of the last 30 years right here in Wellington where she enjoys her close knit group of family and friends.
Sara is passionate about consciously living life rather than grinding with the rat race. She promotes a healthy work life balance with relaxation in all aspects. This is vital to ensuring she has time out as well as enough energy to be a present mum with valuable quality time for her young daughter.
She has always been nourished by working closely with people but after becoming a parent she had a new appreciation for mental and physical health. It was from this that her path to craniosacral therapy was discovered.
Sara trained with Body intelligence for over two years, coming out with a diploma in Biodynamic craniosacral therapy. In addition to this she has completed a postgraduate course in ‘personalities of the gut’, an area of particular interest for her.
This direction is not surprising as Sara has always had an interest in all things natural, alternative and in her words “slightly out of the box”. She believes the body truly is able, in many ways, to heal itself when people are put in touch with their inner health they will discover and enjoy a new way of being.
She finds craniosacral therapy to be extremely rewarding both as a practitioner and a receiving client - “it still blows me away, its therapy at a cellular level I haven’t achieved through just verbal expression” To book with Sara please email her at email@example.com Her hours are 9.30am-2pm on Fridays
