Covid:
In order to look after the health and safety of others attending this clinic as well as your own, please wear a mask when you come for your appointment.
We also ask that if you are feeling unwell that you reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to to cancel or reschedule your appointment a link is included in your appointment confirmation email.
You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without penalty. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the chargeable fee.
ACC:
Our Osteopathy and Acupuncture practitioners are registered ACC health providers. Both Osteopaths and Acupuncturists can accept existing ACC claims to treat the relevant covered injuries.
For new injuries, you can lodge an ACC claim directly with an Osteopath during your consultation as appropriate within the ACC Treatment Profiles.
Parking:
There is ample free parking available and Ngaio is accessible via bus or train services. Car access is via one driveway between Cafe Villa and Ngaio Pharmacy. Public parking is available for 2 hours.

Evening or appointments out of normal hours may be available at the discretion of the practitioner.
