    Use this form if you'd like to be on the cancellation list.  You can enter which days of the week and times you are looking for, and we will contact you via text when an appointment becomes available.  Thank you.
Disability Access:
Joe's treatment room is located on the 2nd floor, up some stairs. 
​If climbing stairs is an issue, please let us know and we'll try to find a time where we can arrange a ground floor room with disability access for your appointment.

Feeling Unwell:
​We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have any cold/flu-like symptoms, are waiting the results of a Covid-19 test, or are supposed to be isolating.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to to cancel or reschedule your appointment a link is included in your appointment confirmation email, or feel free to contact us directly.

You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without penalty. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the chargeable fee.
