Rhys has served others in healthcare as a paramedic, in hospital administration, and in bodywork therapy. He also works with a young lad in the Big Buddy scheme.
Rhys trained with Christchurch St John (2006-2009)and was working with them in 2011 when the major earthquake struck. Unfortunately a knee injury curtailed his paramedic career. Eventually, after he had experienced the remarkable results of Zero Balancing (ZB) on his knee he decided to become a ZB Practitioner. He trained with the Zero Balancing Association of New Zealand and Australia (ZBANZA) completing certification in early 2018.
Rhys found that ZB helped put personal challenges in perspective and see life for what it can be. In a clearer light, times of pain and challenge can be opportunities in disguise, to enable personal growth. Rhys focuses on helping clients to move through these life challenges and find peace and new possibilities for themselves.
"One of my fundamental values in life has always been peace – peace for loved ones, my friends, myself, my world. Zero Balancing is an amazing tool that can help us all achieve that. I offer clients my absolute highest personal regard, attention and empathic love. Together it is possible for us to get through any current obstacles and come out the other side - smiling." - Rhys
