With nearly two decades of clinical experience in osteopathy and physiotherapy clinics across Wellington, Dunedin, and internationally, Joe provides personalized care to help clients manage pain and improve their quality of life. Originally an architectural draftsman from Long Island, New York, Joe’s own experience with overcoming health challenges inspired a career shift and a move to New Zealand.

Joe utilizes a blend of bodywork and acupuncture, specializing in trigger point release (dry needling*) and neuromyofascial acupuncture. He also integrates bodywork therapies such as myofascial release**, orthopedic cupping, scar work, and visceral, neurovascular, and cranial osteopathic techniques***. Manual therapy sessions without needles are available.

Committed to providing up-to-date care, Joe actively engages in continuing education and is a former instructor at the New Zealand School of Acupuncture & TCM. In his free time, Joe enjoys exploring Wellington's outdoors, music scene, and diverse culinary offerings.

He is a registered ACC provider.
