For nearly two decades, Joe has worked in busy osteopathy and physiotherapy clinics in Wellington, Dunedin, and abroad. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with experienced teams in muscle rehabilitation and mobility enhancement with a focus on holistic healthcare.

Joe specializes in trigger point releases (dry needling) and neural-based acupuncture. He also offers a range of manual therapies including myofascial release (therapeutic massage), orthopedic cupping, and visceral, neural, and cranial osteopathic techniques. Joe previously taught at the New Zealand School of Acupuncture & TCM.

Originally from New York, Joe integrates his background and former career in architecture into his bodywork practice, applying a spatial perspective to better understand and treat the body's structural and functional dynamics.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Joe enjoys music, tramping through New Zealand, traveling, and enjoying the diverse culinary offerings throughout Wellington.

He is a registered ACC provider.
