With two decades of experience in osteopathy and physiotherapy clinics across Wellington, Dunedin, and internationally, Joe provides personalized care for people experiencing pain and tension, with the aim of supporting mobility, comfort, and overall vitality. Joe began his working life as an architectural draftsman on Long Island, New York, before a growing fascination with anatomy and wellbeing led him toward a career in hands-on therapy and a move to New Zealand over 20 years ago.
Joe provides fascia and nervous system informed bodywork therapy and acupuncture. His approach blends myofascial and trigger point release, orthopedic cupping, cranial, neural, visceral, and lymphatic techniques. Outside the clinic, he enjoys time in nature, listening to music, and good food at home and around the city. He is a registered ACC health provider.
Notable Training Joe has completed advanced training in dry needling, myofascial therapy, scar work, and osteopathic manual techniques.
