Your wellness story is influenced by your core values and how well you intentionally align with these values in key areas of your health. I use a holistic model, The Wheel of Health, to guide our sessions together. Intuitive Eating Coaching
Intuitive Eating is a paradigm designed to help you heal your relationship with food and your body and is based on ten guiding principles, grounded in self-care. Our sessions together are facilitated alongside my online course, Heal Your Food Story. You can learn more by watching my free masterclass, Spark Awareness In Your Food Story.
Mindful Movement Coaching
Mindful Movement Coaching sessions are safe and gentle and focused on helping you make whole body connections and improve your core strength and pelvic floor health. We use minimal equipment and are guided by what your body needs on a given day. You need to wear something you are comfy moving in. Our goal is to get you back to pain-free movement that you enjoy. Visit me teaching a bit of mindful movement to get a feel for my teaching style.
What can I expect from a treatment?
First session (free) – 45 minutes
All sessions start with an initial taster session which is free of charge. This allows us to meet, pressure free, and decide if we are a good fit for each other. During the taster session I will collect some basic information from you so we can get to know each other a little.
We can use this session to decide if you would like to focus on general wellness, intuitive eating, or mindful movement should you choose to work with me.
