In our Sunday Sanctuaries, a series of mini-retreats, we offer 2 hours for you to rest, reflect and recharge in the peace and comfort of our cosy suburban haven.  ​​

Experienced practitioners will be there to guide and teach you in a small group.

Each Sunday Sanctuary will have it's own theme.  Details will be added to our Sunday Sanctuary Calendar as we go..

Cancellation policy
We do have a refund policy in the event of an unexpected change in your circumstances. If you are unable to keep your place at the Sunday Sanctuary and 24 hours (or more) notice is given, you will receive a full refund. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given you will not be eligible for a refund, however you do have the option of receiving a voucher for another Sunday Sanctuary.
