About this Sunday Sanctuary

Join us for a very special evening with the harmonic sound of Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Crystal bowl, flutes and Ancient Harmonising instruments to relax and nourish the mind.

This is a journey of total relaxation, self-exploration and deep inner connection.

By being exposed to harmonic sounds and vibrations we can relax our nervous system, find connection with the heart, and find inner silence by dissolving into sound.

Bring a pillow and a blanket if you'd like.  We will have some props, blankets and eye pillows.

We start the journey with a short talk about the instruments and how the music and vibrations have an impact on ourselves, then we find a comfortable position to allow the sound to take over.

No meditation or yoga experience required.

About the practitioner

Claudio is a Multinstrumental musician, Yoga instructor and Sound therapist.

He has been in contact with music since the very beginning of his life as part of a family of musicians. He found the power of sound healing through different instruments from many corners of the world. As part of his path he trained in Nepal and India with Sound healing teachers and healers.

Claudio has been doing private and group sound healing sessions for more than a decade in different countries, now based in Wellington New Zealand.
